1 R.T.R. PARTY 2nd - 4th September 2005 Scarborough - 12th ANNIVERSARY PARTY
1. The 2005 12th Anniversary Party will be held in the usual venue at the Green Howards Drill Hall, Scarborough over the weekend 2 - 4 September 2005.
2. Please fill in this form and return it to me as soon as possible but no later than 1st August, in order to sort out the catering etc. Please also fill in the form if you are NOT attending with any up to date information so that I can get the address list sorted and pass to you in September. Those who cannot attend will get an updated list after the Reunion weekend.
3. The cost of the weekend will be £10 per person due to the rise in costs of the TA Centre. There will be the usual Curry Supper on Friday night and Buffet, Raffle and Disco on the Saturday night.
4. Tickets will be issued on the door. This year will be pre booked tickets only so do not be disappointed and book early. We have limited numbers and I already know the demand is high. This early booking will also assist in the admin of the weekend. Thank you.
5. Remember, we are not insured for under 16s, therefore no under 16s are allowed.
